Exchange & Refund Policy

We want to make sure your experience is as enjoyable and fuss-free as possible, and you love our products as much as we do! We are sorry if we have sent you defective* or the wrong item(s), we will make it right!

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email within 7 days of receiving your order for return address and shipping instructions. Please follow return instructions and do not send back without receiving shipping instructions.

• Merchandise must be returned within 7 days.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
• Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive cash on delivery (COD) may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
• Sale items or items purchased with promo codes may not be returned or refunded

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*Minor variations in measurement (within 0.8 inches) are not considered a defect. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.
